Added Security

As some of you may have noticed, we have been getting a lot of bot sign ups. This gets real annoying when trying to give people their permissions on the site.

To try and fix this problem I have added reCAPTCHA to the registration page. This should slow down the number of bot registrations if not completely stop it.

If you are new to the site and have issues signing up please let me know and i will try to solve the issue.
